CF Living Communities announced in a press release on February 27th that it had acquired The Highlands of Topsham, a community with a mix of independent and senior living units located in Topsham, Maine. CF paid approximately $37,000,000 for the property which is be part of $250,000,000 CF intends to spend in acquiring 25-30 senior living communities over the next few years. CF is looking for a mix of independent/assisted living facilities and assisted living/memory care facilities. CF Living Communities is headed by former Brookdale head, John Rijos.
