Big Deal Monday comes at you after having a great time at the NIC Conference in Chicago last week. No doubt, many deals were cut at that event which will turn into future big deal announcements! But, here are some recent transactions of interest:

Summit Healthcare REIT acquired two skilled nursing facilities in Lamar and Monte Vista, Colorado for a combined purchase price of around $8 million. This is Summit’s first foray into Colorado.
CNL Lifestyle Properties bought two assisted living communities in the Atlanta, Georgia market for $33.6 million.
