Every Monday we’ll be posting list of the bigger transactions in the Senior Housing world from the prior week.
Here are last week’s “big deals”:
- Harrison Street out of Chicago has agreed to acquire 11 properties from Brightview Senior Living (a division of The Shelter Group) for $520 million. The portfolio has 1,600 units, half of which are independent living.
- Ventas closed on its acquisition of 29 senior living communities in Canada from Holiday Retirement for $900 million.
